Payment and Cancellation Policy

Private Lessons, Evaluations and Appointments:

  • Credit card required at time of booking appointment. May also use cash/check at appointment, but we must have a credit card on file.
  • 20% discount for Rescue Rate*
  • Cancellations require 24 hour notice or 50% cancellation fee may apply

Class Evaluations

  • Payment due in full 24 hours prior to appointment.
  • Cancellations require 24 hour notice or forfeit $25 Evaluation Fee

Single Session Classes

  • Payment due in full when class is booked
  • Cancellations require 24 hour notice or 100% cancellation fee may apply

Tutor Days

  • Payment due in full when class is booked
  • Cancellations require 24 hour notice or 100% cancellation fee may apply
  • Late Drop off or Pick Up may incur a $15 late fee
  • Drop Off is 8 AM to 9 AM
  • Pick Up is 4 PM to 6 PM

Group Class (4 or 6 weeks)

  • Payment due in full when enrolling for class
  • 10% discount for Rescue Rate*
  • Cancellations require 1 week notice or $50 cancellation fee may apply
  • Missed Classes – a make-up class may be arranged with your trainer. A $35 fee will apply for all makeups.
  • If you are unable to complete a multi-week class, a partial credit may be applied to future classes or training. No refunds will be issued once the class has started.  (Account credits will expire one year from the date of refund)

Group Class (2 Weeks)

  • Payment due in full when class is booked
  • Cancellations require 1 week notice or $50 cancellation fee may apply
  • Missed Classes – a make-up class may be arranged with your trainer. A $35 fee will apply for all makeups.

Seminars

  • Payment due in full when class is booked.
  • Cancellation: 48 hour notice or 100% cancellation fee may apply

Trips/Camps/Special Events

  • $100 – $250 deposit. Payment in full required 2 weeks prior to event
  • Cancellations require 2 week notice or 100% cancellation fee may apply

Boarding

  • Credit Card on file required at time of reservation. Payment required in full 24 hours prior to dropoff
  • Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice or subject to $100 cancellation fee.

*Rescue Rate: Dog has been rescued in the last 3 months or dog is owned and homed by a foster organization or shelter
